THE COMPANY

A LITTLE ABOUT THE COMPANY

Impact Variant Consulting Group (IVCG) LLC, is a Business Development, Business Management, Technology Development, Education Policy & Technology Consulting company.
When the pandemic hit, schools closed down, and so did companies that serve schools. We have since shifted to near full-time virtual provision of services, generally. In specific regard to our Education Service Company Clients, School Districts, and institutions, we now provide online curriculum and programs, for remote and distance learning, engagement, and enrichment. We also provide these services directly to parents who are struggling with the new norm. Although, the services we provide service to all students and companies in our client pool, a large portion of our work focuses on Black Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC).
If you would like to join us at Impact Variant Consulting Group as we continue to use our resources (time, space, funds, etc.) for direct COVID-19 relief, new adjusted service offerings, new procedures to serve customers, and help for small businesses and entrepreneurs to find new opportunities, please consider making a donation.

ABOUT US

A LITTLE ON THE FOUNDER

Al Herron 

Al Herron is a Particle Physicist, Electrical Engineer, and Entrepreneur who is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management, Strategy & Innovation Specialization.
He has spent his career pushing the boundaries of Compact Linear Accelerator Technology, driving new business development opportunities, and working with business owners and entrepreneurs for educational and economic equity in under-served areas. After spending ample time in each realm of his passions, he has found meaningful ways to bring it all together to produce a positive impact on both his career ambitions and his commitment to serving the community, with special emphasis on STEM Curriculum & Program Development.
Mr Herron is currently serving on the Board for the Equity in Education Committee, the Lake Washington School District Equity Team, the Programs Committee for Treehouse of Seattle, and now on the Board for the Black Education Strategies Roundtable.
